Executive Coaching
As a client recently said to me, most decisions are motivated by either fear or love. I help entrepreneurs maximize the number of decisions they make out of love, which means in pursuit of your passions.
I also help my clients bring lightness and joy to their work.
PLAY stands for:
Presence: Be fully present in everything you seek and do. Live in The Zone as much as possible.
Lightness: Bring light, love and playful energy. Be someone who lifts others up and magnifies their talents.
Alignment: Connect your actions, values and purpose. Match who you want to be with what you do on a daily basis.
Yearning: Feel intense longing for what you seek. Summoning such a visceral, emotional sense is how you turn thoughts and desires into reality.
PLAY is my antidote to the current of the river of life, which will often tries to pull you towards the middle, towards complacency and mediocrity
It's the simplest, most effective way I know to succeed and simultaneously love your life.
My clients are entrepreneurs who come to me to help them be more expansive. They stay with me for years, because I enable them think more clearly about what matters most to them.
In most cases, we talk twice a month. My approach revolves around a process I call transformational listening, in which I listen to you so intensely that you typically solve your own problems, thanks to the questions I ask you in trying to 100% understand your thinking and perspective.
My typical client is an entrepreneur with 10-100 employees.
TESTIMONIALS
“Bruce asks powerful questions that sometimes stop me in my tracks, making it easier for me to recognize what matters most."
—Brandon Rodman, CEO and co-founder, Previ
“Bruce has enriched my life in ways I could not have imagined before our leadership coaching partnership began. He has an uncanny understanding of human nature, business success and persuasive communication—he asks insightful questions and is a brilliant interpretive listener—and he weaves together insights, almost magically, to help me become an even better (and more fulfilled) person at work, at home and in my community. I've seen it all as a leadership coach, and I'm beyond grateful that Bruce is mine.”
—Dr. Paul L. Corona, Clinical Professor of Leadership, Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University
“Bruce is the best pure listener I have ever run into, and I’ve written what may be the top book on listening in the world. I could really learn a lot from him.”
—Dr. Mark Goulston, author of Just Listen
