The Distillation

This is a 90-day, one-on-one engagement for an individual who is already reaching higher, but can't yet see the shape of what they're reaching for.

• Weeks 1–2: You do my AI-based Ikigai Explorer, which will generate over 100 pages of insights into who you really are. We have one long conversation before, and another after you complete Ikigai Explorer. I will read your transcript prior to our second conversation.

• Weeks 3–10: We have one 90-minute conversation each week. I listen, notice and push. I find your Radically Original Idea.

• One in-person day: We hike together in Bend, or ski together at Alta. (I do my best work on a mountain, which is why I’m giving you this option.)

• Deliverable: I write your version of What should I never allow ordinary life to crowd out? You can find a sample on my home page. It is a clear statement of what you won't let life crowd out, what you are for, and what you do. More importantly, this entire process provides you with a deep understanding of your non-negotiables.
