I help entrepreneurs be impossible to ignore

I’m Bruce Kasanoff.

For over a decade, I’ve been the voice behind some of the most interesting entrepreneurs—helping them show up in the world as more fascinating, more human, and… utterly unforgettable. My clients run rapidly growing companies and need a way to stand out without sacrificing authenticity. That’s where I come in.

Each week, I have real, meaningful conversations with my clients. These aren’t strategy sessions; they’re explorations. We talk about what matters most—what they’ve learned, what excites them, what they wish more people understood. These conversations create clarity, focus, and often turn into social media posts written in their name and voice. The result? My clients connect more deeply with their audiences and become impossible to ignore.

But it’s never just about the words. My role is to help them think, express, and elevate. I help my clients communicate with sharper clarity, not just on social media but in the conversations that matter most—with employees, investors, partners, and peers. When we work together, they say it better and think bigger.

I’m also the founder of Bend Reality, a collection of projects and people exploring how much more expansive life can be when we push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Throughout my career, I’ve helped people and companies grow in ways that blend purpose with bold ambition. Highlights include:

  • Raising or helping raise $20 million for start-up and entrepreneurial ventures

  • Growing Peppers and Rogers Group from 10 to 150 employees in three years as an original partner

  • Helping shape IBM’s digital strategy in the earliest days of the web while at Ogilvy & Mather

I’m a Wharton MBA who has taught at Babson College and spoken at Wharton, Yale, NYU, and Wesleyan.

Also… I will cross the street to play with a dog. Every time.
