Bend Reality is expanding in a big way, and I invite you to join our community.

The name “Bend Reality” refers to the fundamental truth that each one of us can bend our own reality by re-examining the conclusions and beliefs we have formed during our life experience so far. Very few of these are factual or objective; they are a byproduct of what other people think, such as our parents, friends, siblings, neighbors, teachers, employers and leaders.

Bend Reality is both a newsletter as well as a community. The newsletter comes out 2-3 times per month, and we have live Zoom sessions at least once a month. Within the next year, I also plan to launch live events that are exclusively for Bend Reality members.

Learn to Unlearn: Unlearning means intentionally letting go of outdated beliefs and practices to make room for growth. Unlike learning, it challenges assumptions and opens us to fresh perspectives.

Practice Self-Compassion: Regret often arises from self-criticism over past choices. Self-compassion and forgiveness can help us move forward, fostering peace and clarity.

Be Expansive, Not Contractive: Choose love over fear. Being expansive involves decisions based on love and gratitude, while being contractive is driven by fear, envy, or shame.

Embrace Uncertainty: Living without regrets requires welcoming the unknown, empowering us to navigate life’s unpredictability with resilience.

Transformation Through Realization: Transformation is the outward shift in thoughts or actions, while realization is an inner awakening to truths within us. Both work together—transformation often sparks realizations, while realizations inspire lasting change.

Expect Miracles: We’ll leave room for the mysterious, those aspects of life beyond rational understanding. With an open mind to spirituality and mysticism, we invite profound possibilities.

Together, these principles move us from “I should” to “I love this.” They may not be simple or obvious, which is why it’s vital to be part of a community committed to growth in these areas.
